Weekly Classes

Please note all classes start on the 1st Sunday of every month.

Intro to Swing (Lindy 1a) - Sundays at 7:30pm

One month of instruction in the basic steps and technique of swing dancing. Join us on the first Sunday of the month to begin this set of classes. No partner or previous dance experience required!

Lindy Hop Fundamentals (Lindy 1b) - Sundays at 6:30pm

A continuation of Lindy 1a with more focus on Lindy Hop lead and follow technique. Students are encouraged to repeat this class until they can do the basics in their sleep. No partner required.

Intermediate Lindy (Lindy 2) - Sundays at 6:30pm

A four-month rotation of moves and technique. A strong foundation in Lindy 1 is required to begin Lindy 2. Students generally repeat the 4-month cycle at least once, as instructors and patterns change frequently, even when the same moves are taught. No partner required.

Electives - Sundays at 7:30pm

Vary from month to month, and often require no lindy hop experience. Past electives have included Hip-Hop, Carolina Shag, Balboa, Tap, and Hula! No partner required unless specified.

DANCE!- Sundays at 8:30-10:30pm 

The best way to perfect your lindy hop is to get out and dance! What better time to practice than after your classes. Our dances are open to anyone, regardless of your membership, or class enrollment.
